Love this cheese I use it for everything grilled cheese and shepherds pie its not a strong cheese

We always buy Thornloe butter, so when I saw the cheese here at COMMIS, I had to try it. It’s wonderfully mild but with a great cheddar flavour. It’s a good snacking cheese.
