The perfect lunch or light dinner

The Empanadas are just great, the taste is very nice and make a perfect lunch or light dinner, maybe with a nice salad. I tried the chicken and the vegetarian, both are very nice.

I like to have these on hand in the freezer so that when it’s my turn to make dinner, I can cook these up easily and pull together a quick salad to go with them. Delicious, easy to cook, and enough for lunch the next day. Will continue to keep these on hand.

Super tasty

My husband and my Dad both love these empanadas. My Dad has one with a salad and it’s enough for a meal. The favorites are the chicken and the beef so far at our house
