Ricotta Gnocchi – 450g
Ricotta gnocchi is the perfect comfort food. Light, fluffy pillows of house-made ricotta, hand rolled with a gnocchi board to make ridges to hold any Squisito sauce wonderfully. They can also be seared to be served simply in butter, topped with cheese.
Cooking instructions: In a boiling pot of salted water, place frozen gnocchis and stir gently, cook 3-5 minutes and serve with sauce of choice.
Ingredients: Ricotta, Organic Flour, Free-range eggs, Parmigianino Reggiano, Ground pepper.
