Introducing Buzz Hot Honey! This is Zing's first collab product that the team co-developed with Christine Flynn, executive chef at iQ Food Co. and co-author of How to Eat with One Hand: Recipes and Other Nourishment for New and Expectant Parents.

Buzz is bright, floral, and spicy! Our hot honey is infused with (only) natural ingredients including chillies, Aleppo pepper, lime leaf, lemongrass, and coriander.

Taste Profile:
The sweetness of the honey is punctuated by a citrusy tartness that works in perfect harmony with the heat from the chillies.
Use it to coat stir-fried veggies, as a condiment on a cheese board, in a fun cocktail, to switch up a roast chicken dinner or level up your pancakes. The possibilities are pretty exciting.

Here are a few other ways Christine is using Buzz:
  • Drizzled on melon, feta and prosciutto
  • Swirled into yogurt for a quick, kid-friendly fruit dip
  • Schmeared onto crispy chicken cutlets (or nuggets!)
  • Dolloped onto hot buttered cornbread
  • Spooned onto very old manchego cheese
