Q: Are you open for in-store shopping?

A: We sure are! Our current hours can be found here.

Q: When placing an order for delivery I get an error message, but I think it's a mistake because I live close to Bushel & Peck.

A: Shoot us a text with your Postal Code and we'll get it sorted!

Q: I've placed an order for Canada Wide Shipping. When will it ship?

A: Canada Post picks up all shipments on Friday mornings. If you placed your order before 8am on Friday, it will ship that same day. Any orders placed after 8am on Friday will ship the following Friday morning.

Q: I've placed an order for local delivery. When will I receive it?

A: All deliveries are fulfilled between 4–8pm on the date you selected for delivery. Unfortunately, we can't be any more specific due to unpredictable delivery demands resulting in ever-changing routing. If you need to make last minute changes to delivery date/location or if you decide you'd rather pick-up your order in-store, shoot us a text!
