Classic home style Soppresatta. Using a blend of hot paprikas and Hot Calabrian pepper paste, this Soppresatta is as traditional as it gets with a touch of cracked fennel seed. This product is pressed for its desirable shape and is slowly dried for 12 weeks. Robust with flavour and a hint of fennel–hot, but not overwhelming.
