This unique goat milk cheese is made in the Camembert style, and is rolled in vegetable ash, then left in the ripening room for four weeks before it is ready for consumption.
This goat Camembert, made with pure Ontario goat milk, is rolled in vegetable ash and allowed to develop its bloomy rind in our soft cheese cellars. Nanny is aged in two environmentally distinct cellars: the first to develop its white fluffy exterior and in the second to complete its flavour and paste.
Expect intense flavour and just the right amount balance of acidity.
