ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
Think nutella, but a little more hazelnut flavour, and a touch less sweet. This spread is made with fresh roasted hazelnuts, cacao, organic cane sugar, and coconut oil. Nothing more, nothing less. Our aim was to recreate the flavour we loved so much without having to add so many darn ingredients.
- We use cacao from Dominican Republic. The same beans you'll find in our Dominican 70% Dark Chocolate.
- We sourced fresh hazelnuts from a local Ontario producer. Their flavour is outstanding!
- Shelf life is 6 months from date of purchase. It technically won't go bad - but there are chances of it going rancid if left out for too long (like any nut).
- The glass jar and lid are recyclable, along with the tamper proof plastic.
