This Soppresatta has no spice with full fennel flavour. Fennel is commonly used in many different salumis. This Soppresatta is a must on any charcuterie board and is easy on the palate. Slowly dried for 12 weeks.

I haven't tasted cured meat this good since I lived in Spain! Received this in a gift box along with other B&P goodies and cocktails from Dillion's. What a treat!
