If you’re used to grocery store tamari, you’ve never had anything like this.
Momofuku's restaurant-grade version is made from organic ingredients and steeped with kombu for 16 hours to unlock a world of depth and flavour.
It's built on 10 years of flavour research at the Momofuku Culinary Lab and we’re making them available to home cooks for the first time. The result is a sharper, lighter flavour that's similar to soy sauce but does not contain gluten. It's perfect in salad dressings, sashimi, and all the classics like sushi.
This product has a 24 month shelf life.
